About the role

  • You define clear release scopes, coordinate their implementation and take responsibility for the entire release cycle.
  • You perform code reviews of developers' work, ensure quality and ensure clean integrations into the system.
  • You test new features, integrate them into the production system and take care of the necessary documentation.
  • You review and optimize our merge, release and deployment processes as well as our CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

  • Technical understanding of Python-based web applications (e.g., Django, Vue.js, Docker, Kubernetes, REST APIs, Linux).
  • Experience with code reviews, quality assurance and clean development processes.
  • Basic understanding of IT security, secure software development, data protection and handling of sensitive data.
  • Structured working style, strong analytical thinking and high attention to detail when testing and documenting.
  • Helpfulness, team orientation and excellent communication skills.
  • Native-level German and very good English skills.
