About the role
- Identifying and answering relevant questions in IT forums, social media communities, and other online platforms
- Creating technical content (e.g., how-tos, blog posts, tutorials, ...)
- Close collaboration with product management and the development team
- Ongoing monitoring of trends and discussions within our target audience
- Building and maintaining an active community around our product
Requirements
- Technical understanding and practical experience in an IT environment
- Enjoy writing about technical topics and the ability to present complex information clearly and tailored to the target audience
- Interest in modern cloud technologies
- Confident and polished written communication skills in German
- Good English skills are a plus
- Independent, structured way of working and enjoyment in actively engaging with the community
