About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You will manage, analyze and shape financial steering — creating the basis for well-founded decisions in a growing tech company.
  • Liquidity management, cashflow planning and monthly performance analyses including variance analyses
  • Budget, forecast and scenario planning as well as support for month-end and year-end closing
  • Commercial support for proposals and project controlling for implementation and customer projects
  • Development of management-relevant KPIs and acting as a sparring partner for executive management and leaders
  • Further development of finance processes and an active role in implementing BI, ERP and AI systems
  • Support in accounting

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in controlling/finance, ideally in a tech or project environment
  • Knowledge of liquidity planning, DATEV and financial result analyses
  • Experience with ERP and BI systems and very strong Excel skills, ideally in intralogistics/automation contexts
  • Good understanding of SaaS and project-based business models and of finance processes in growing tech companies
  • Strong affinity for digital tools, automation and AI applications
  • High initiative, hands-on mentality and enjoyment of dynamic environments
  • Fluent English and German, written and spoken.
