About the role

  • You make SYNAOS visible — live, approachable and connected.
  • In this key role, you support events from the initial concept to the final trade‑show screw, coordinate internal stakeholders, service providers and partners, and ensure every event delivers impact — for the brand, partner network and sales.
  • Planning, organizing and executing trade shows, partner events, networking formats and community events — including LogiMAT, Hannover Messe, MODEX and SYNAOS-owned formats
  • Developing creative event concepts for Marketing, Sales and Partner Management
  • Managing external service providers (stand builders, agencies, technical providers, catering, etc.) as well as budget and timeline management
  • Multimedia event communication, in close collaboration with Digital, Product and PR
  • Further development of our community formats to strengthen the SYNAOS network
  • Analysis and reporting: deriving learnings for continuous improvement
  • Optional: If you also enjoy social media, video or content creation, you can actively shape our event communication — from short event clips to behind‑the‑scenes insights and livestreaming — and also develop your own formats.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Several years (min. 2 years) of experience in event management — ideally in a B2B environment or technology‑oriented industries
  • Hands‑on mentality, strong organizational skills and a passion for creative presentation
  • Strong communication and networking skills — you build relationships that last
  • Confident project management — you keep deadlines, budgets and details in check
  • Comfortable working with common tools (e.g., MS Office, Salesforce, Figma, JIRA, Adobe, etc.)
  • Excellent German (C1+) and fluent English
  • Willingness to travel to our events, customer and partner sites, and to our office, where our marketing equipment is stored
