Program Manager

• The BESS Program Manager responsibilities will be a blend of the 3 types of activities to ensure BESS Project success.
• Project Management & Delivery
• Manage BESS projects from contract signature through to operational success. Coordinate internal teams (engineering, product, commercial, operations) to deliver on time and on budget. Act as the main point of contact for external stakeholders (BESS owners, TSOs, DSOs, energy partners). Track progress, manage risks, and report status to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Management
• Facilitate alignment meetings and workshops with internal and external partners. Prepare and deliver project status updates and presentations for leadership, partners, and other key stakeholders. Maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to ensure satisfaction and identify future opportunities.
• BESS Strategy & Organisation
• Contribute to refining Sympower’s BESS offering by feeding back lessons learned and market insights from project delivery. Participate in the hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members in the BESS function. Collaborate with strategy and commercial teams to ensure projects align with Sympower’s broader BESS roadmap.
