Requirements
What you’ll need- A proven commission sales track record (real estate, solar, mortgages, auto, financial services, etc.)
- The hunger to control your own income
- Coachability — ego kills careers here; the system wins
- Strong communication skills and zero fear of a conversation
- Current U.S. residency and work authorization (this role is open to U.S. residents only)
- A life insurance license OR the willingness to obtain one (we'll help cover the cost)
