Area Sales Manager – Lower Saxony

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Expand and maintain business relationships with existing customers to sustainably increase sales and market share in line with the company’s global strategy
- Support and further develop customers such as electrical contractors, electrical wholesalers, planners, architects, project managers and public institutions
- Actively acquire new customers and optimize the existing customer base to maximize business potential
- Independently manage the financial development of the sales territory with a focus on profitability
- Nationwide mobility for key-account and end-user projects, especially for strategically relevant tenders and project phases
- Close cooperation with sales management, inside sales and adjacent departments to ensure a smooth sales process
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed technical-vocational training with solid sales experience in complex, technical products
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, professional demeanor and a strong closing orientation
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style with a high degree of initiative
- Experience in lighting and proven knowledge of project-based business
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel within the sales region and motivation to proactively develop the territory
