About the role
- Strategic business development: Expanding and maintaining business relationships with existing customers to sustainably increase sales and market share in line with the company's global strategy
- Customer management: Managing and developing customers such as electrical installers, electrical wholesalers, planners, architects, project managers and public institutions
- New customer acquisition: Active prospecting for new customers and optimizing the existing customer base to maximize business potential
- Responsibility for sales and margin: Independent management of the financial performance in the sales territory with a focus on profitability
- Project work: Nationwide mobility for key account and end-user projects, particularly for strategically relevant tenders and project phases
- Teamwork: Close collaboration with sales management, inside sales and adjacent specialist departments to ensure a smooth sales process
Requirements
- Completed technical or trade vocational training with solid sales experience in complex technical products
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, professional demeanor and a strong focus on closing deals
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style with a high degree of initiative
- Experience in lighting and specific knowledge of project business
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel within the sales region and motivation to actively develop the sales territory
