About the role

  • Feed the TP machines continuously with dry pulped broken stock without interrupting the flow
  • Prepare broken stock according to instructions and the consumption rate on the paper machines
  • Cut rolls using the roll cutter, unband bales of broken stock, feed broken stock into the pulper, check quality, and transfer pulp to the pulp tanks
  • During order changes: calculate the quantities of pulp required to ensure a smooth transition between orders
  • Collect broken stock from various points in the mill and store it in the yard
  • Organize and sort the yard according to broken-stock type
  • Prepare salts for the two TP machines
  • Perform refining operations on flax pulps in Bertrams and DDlin equipment

Requirements

  • Vocational diploma (BEP) up to technical baccalaureate (e.g., MSMA)
  • Practical, hands-on candidate with a logical approach
  • Ability to anticipate and react quickly
  • Organized, autonomous, conscientious, and rigorous
  • Team-oriented with a sense of initiative
  • Good communicator and responsive
  • Comfortable using computer tools
