About the role

  • Proactively identify and acquire new partners (business clients) for renewable energy solutions through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Maintain a clear focus on decision-makers in the industrial and real estate sectors
  • Assess partner needs and advise business clients on renewable energy topics
  • Prepare profitability/economic feasibility calculations for partners
  • Implement the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy in close coordination with executive management
  • Purposeful use and development of the CRM system for documentation and reporting

Requirements

  • Experience in the renewable energy sector and an energy-economics or technical background
  • Proven sales success in Commercial & Industrial (C&I) project business
  • Confident and persuasive presence with experience presenting at C-level
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Native German speaker — additional languages, especially Swiss German, French or English, are an advantage
  • Highly motivated to work in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
