About the role
- Proactively identify and acquire new partners (business clients) for renewable energy solutions through cold calling, networking and social media
- Maintain a clear focus on decision-makers in the industrial and real estate sectors
- Assess partner needs and advise business clients on renewable energy topics
- Prepare profitability/economic feasibility calculations for partners
- Implement the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy in close coordination with executive management
- Purposeful use and development of the CRM system for documentation and reporting
Requirements
- Experience in the renewable energy sector and an energy-economics or technical background
- Proven sales success in Commercial & Industrial (C&I) project business
- Confident and persuasive presence with experience presenting at C-level
- Excellent communication skills
- Native German speaker — additional languages, especially Swiss German, French or English, are an advantage
- Highly motivated to work in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
