Participate in AGMs and meetings (up to 10 times a year)
Collaborate with various Board Committees (Audit, Finance, Governance, etc.)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be a retired swimmer who was part of the Senior National Team within the last 8 years
Demonstrated experience in finance, marketing, fund development, or government relations
Experience in competitive swimming is considered an asset
Governance or leadership experience with other National Sports is a bonus
Corporate governance credentials (e.g. ICD.D, C.Dir., ASC) are advantageous
