About the role
- Manage the brand's visual identity, ensuring its correct application across all materials and campaigns.
- Create and develop a variety of graphic materials (social media posts, presentations, campaigns, packaging, project visual identities, etc.).
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure strategic consistency in visual communication.
- Perform high-quality image editing and retouching.
- Develop vector artwork and illustrations as needed for campaigns and special projects.
- Use generative AI to support graphic creation processes, concept research, and idea prototyping.
- Work on branding projects, proposing creative and strategic solutions.
- Support the development of corporate presentations and internal communication materials.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Illustrator, Figma, and Photoshop.
- Skilled in vector creation and image manipulation.
- Experience with AI design tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, RunwayML, etc.).
- Strong ability to systematize and organize brand books and other visual identity documents.
- Agile, strategic, and business-oriented profile.
- Strong brand management skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive with a forward-looking understanding of design and communication trends.
- Good communication skills to present concepts and advocate visual proposals to various stakeholders.
