Support the Delivery Team guiding customers on sustainability transformation journeys, primarily in the financial sector
Assist with customer onboarding and implementation projects, configuring and tailoring the Sweep platform to ESG use cases
Support data integration, platform customization, automation tasks, and troubleshoot data integration issues
Help deliver customer training sessions and create enablement content
Support project planning, timeline tracking, and deliverable follow-up using tools like Float and Notion
Attend meetings, communicate with team members, partners, and customer contacts, and ensure handover to Customer Success
Contribute product feedback by translating customer needs into roadmap suggestions and stay updated on ESG trends and regulations
Build strong relationships with customer project teams to support high customer satisfaction
Requirements
Recent graduate or final-year student seeking a 6-month internship starting early 2026 in business, finance, environmental science, sustainability, or related field
Strong interest in sustainability and climate change
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new IT tools
Working knowledge of carbon accounting methodologies and ESG reporting frameworks
Proactive, organized, and able to work independently and in a team
Clear communicator with customer-facing mindset
Proficient in English and French
Previous customer-facing or sustainability project experience is a bonus
