About the role
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, owning solution design from discovery through delivery
- Lead technical scoping, architecture decisions, and hands-on implementation while managing multiple concurrent customer engagements
- Lead customer discovery sessions to understand business requirements, technical constraints, and success criteria
- Own technical scoping, solution architecture, and implementation plans for Salesforce-based solutions
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions including data models, automation, security models, and custom functionality
- Provide hands-on configuration and development using Sweep and Salesforce tools (Flows, Apex, Lightning components, etc.)
- Serve as the primary technical and consultative point of contact for customers throughout the engagement
- Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously, balancing timelines, scope, and technical complexity
- Collaborate with internal Product and Engineering teams to align customer needs with product capabilities
Requirements
- 5+ years of solution design and delivery experience, including hands-on Salesforce work
- Proven experience working directly with customers in a technical, customer-facing role
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security, and automation
- Hands on experience with Salesforce configuration and development
- Ability to scope projects, estimate effort, and manage multiple parallel engagements
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
