About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, produce and publish content for Instagram, TikTok and other relevant platforms — primarily for paid media, but also organic content
Create short-form video content — from concept and filming to editing and publishing
Develop creative formats that boost reach, engagement and conversions
Adapt content for different platforms, target audiences and brand identities
Monitor current trends, formats and developments in social media
Analyze performance data such as reach, saves, CTR and follower growth for continuous optimization
Actively contribute new ideas and creative concepts
Produce content in our Berlin showroom and, if required, at other locations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in content creation or social media
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and relevant platforms — including algorithms, trends and audience behavior
Ability to independently take content from concept to publication
Confident use of video editing tools such as CapCut or Premiere Pro
Experience with image editing tools such as Photoshop or Canva
A good sense for content that captures attention and drives engagement
High creative standards even when producing content quickly
Comfortable on camera and able to present naturally and authentically
Creative, proactive working style and willingness to test new ideas
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
