About the role
- You describe the match action in the stadium as accurately and vividly as possible
- You act as the “eyes” of our blind and visually impaired users
- Enable an accessible, immersive football experience
- Provide supplementary information about actions, movements, emotions and situations on the pitch
- Collaborate with the audio description team on home matchdays
Requirements
- Excellent rhetorical and language skills
- Comfortable speaking into a microphone
- Strong social skills, empathy and an understanding of the needs of blind and visually impaired listeners
- Good teamwork skills and openness to continuous improvement
- Reliable, structured working style and a high degree of self-motivation
- Willingness to work flexible, matchday-dependent hours
