About the role
- Provide advice and personalized support to our customers
- Ensure a high-quality reception for customers and suppliers
- Prepare and explain estimates/quotations to customers
- Manage stock and sell spare parts at the counter
- Organize and schedule workshop activities
- Handle administrative follow-up of after-sales cases
Requirements
- Curious, methodical and detail-oriented
- Basic mechanical knowledge
- Experience or training in commerce, sales or logistics (e.g., CAP, Bac Pro, professional certification)
- Passionate about garden machinery (outdoor power equipment) or willing to learn this field
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a diverse audience
- Determined and enthusiastic about learning a new trade
