About the role
- Counter sales and customer advice to retail and professional customers
- Management of store inventory
- Receiving, storing, preparing and dispatching goods
- Providing a professional welcome to customers and suppliers
- Providing technical advice tailored to customers' needs
- Handling invoices and delivery documents
- Monitoring stock levels and participating in stock counts
- Replenishing stock and updating promotional displays
Requirements
- Secondary-school diploma (baccalauréat) or equivalent in business, sales or agriculture
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role or with transferable experience
- Knowledge of agricultural machinery
- Proficiency in computer use and office software
- Knowledge of counter sales techniques and stock handling
