About the role
- Provide a high-quality welcome to customers and suppliers
- Prepare and justify quotes
- Receive, inspect and prepare goods
- Manage inventory and restocking
- Propose new product references/listings
- Handle invoicing and payments
- Check orders and delivery notes
- Unpack and store parts
- Optimize procurement in collaboration with the sales team
Requirements
- No prior professional experience required
- Curiosity, methodical approach and rigor
- Basic mechanical knowledge
- Training in commerce, sales or logistics (e.g. CAP, Bac Pro, Titre Professionnel)
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a diverse audience
- Passion for gardening equipment or a willingness to discover/learn this activity
