About the role
- Counter sales and advising private and professional customers
- Managing store inventory
- Receiving, storing, preparing and dispatching goods
- Providing a high-quality reception for customers and suppliers
- Providing technical advice tailored to customer needs
- Preparing and explaining parts quotations
- Handling invoices, purchase orders and delivery documents
- Updating customer files and fleet records
- Receiving, checking and storing goods
- Monitoring stock levels and participating in inventories
- Monitoring supplier and product listings
- Ensuring the best possible financial terms for orders
- Keeping storage areas clean and complying with safety measures
- Restocking and updating promotional displays
- Conducting remote sales operations
Requirements
- Level 4 diploma (baccalauréat) in business, sales or the agricultural field
- At least 2 years' experience in similar roles or transferable experience
- Knowledge of agricultural machinery
- Proficiency with IT tools and office software
- Knowledge of counter sales techniques and storage practices
