About the role
- Lead and manage the branches, acting as the company ambassador in their territory
- Coach and support the teams
- Develop and retain the customer portfolio
- Oversee commercial activities, after-sales service (SAV) and spare parts
- Handle customer dispute resolution
- Ensure cleanliness and suitable working conditions
- Ensure upkeep and maintenance of equipment
- Collaborate with support departments
- Comply with company policies and codes of conduct
- Participate in recruitment and training of staff
- Monitor budgets and control costs
- Represent the branch at local initiatives and events
- Ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Hold a level 5 diploma (BTS) or equivalent in agricultural equipment (agro-equipment) or management
- At least 4 years' experience in a similar role or in transferable positions
- Valid driver's license (category B / car)
- Strong skills in management and business administration
- Proficient with computer and office tools (e.g., MS Office)
- Experience in the agricultural sector
- Knowledge of agricultural machinery
- Good knowledge of the local territory
