About the role

  • Coordinate with Exoneration Specialist and R&P staff on accounts requiring assistance to pursue bond releases.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for each client throughout the release process.
  • Facilitate execution of replacement or release letters, understanding specific requirements of different sureties.
  • Document all correspondence, written and verbal, in TABS to ensure files remain current and accurate.
  • Conduct persistent written and oral follow-ups with obligees to secure releases, providing updates to clients under the guidance of the Exoneration Specialist.
  • Maintain and update the database of obligee contacts.
  • Track and manage exoneration activities using a comprehensive spreadsheet for reporting purposes, keeping the status of all open and resolved exonerations current.
  • Monitor and manage R&P’s billing inbox to ensure alignment between R&P and surety invoicing, and facilitate the proper closure of TABS entries, including handling return premiums or additional premiums generated at closeout.

Requirements

  • College degree is preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in insurance, surety, or related industry is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Service-oriented, energetic, and a self-starter.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn proprietary systems/databases.
  • Capable of interpreting technical instructions and developing sound recommendations.
