About the role
- Coordinate with Exoneration Specialist and R&P staff on accounts requiring assistance to pursue bond releases.
- Maintain accurate documentation for each client throughout the release process.
- Facilitate execution of replacement or release letters, understanding specific requirements of different sureties.
- Document all correspondence, written and verbal, in TABS to ensure files remain current and accurate.
- Conduct persistent written and oral follow-ups with obligees to secure releases, providing updates to clients under the guidance of the Exoneration Specialist.
- Maintain and update the database of obligee contacts.
- Track and manage exoneration activities using a comprehensive spreadsheet for reporting purposes, keeping the status of all open and resolved exonerations current.
- Monitor and manage R&P’s billing inbox to ensure alignment between R&P and surety invoicing, and facilitate the proper closure of TABS entries, including handling return premiums or additional premiums generated at closeout.
Requirements
- College degree is preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in insurance, surety, or related industry is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced team environment.
- Service-oriented, energetic, and a self-starter.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn proprietary systems/databases.
- Capable of interpreting technical instructions and developing sound recommendations.
