About the role
- Interact with customers via phone, e-mail, and in person
- Configure and quote systems based on customer needs
- Ensure customer support during installation and implementation of SurePoint system
- Provide support for SurePoint products primarily by phone and field service calls
Requirements
- Responsible for configuring application and control systems
- Knowledge about agronomic practices and farm equipment
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP and Microsoft CRM
- Technical and mechanical aptitude
