Member Growth Advisor
SuperpowerAdvising Superpower members on health products and guiding through the Superpower Marketplace. Outbound interactions to improve member engagement and value derived from their membership.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Outbound calls and emails to existing members — warm conversations, no cold prospecting
- Guiding members through the Superpower Marketplace and recommending the right products for their goals
- Revenue per member you talk to — this is the number you're measured on
- Keeping the CRM clean and sharing what's working so we improve over time
Requirements
What you’ll need- You've sold something before and have results you're proud of — sales, account management, retention, or membership revenue.
- Comfortable having consultative, personalized conversations — not reading from a script
- Genuine interest in health and wellness — ideally you'd use these products yourself
- Highly organized and self-directed — this is a remote contractor role with real ownership
- Experience with high-trust products (health, wellness, premium memberships) is a plus, not a requirement
