About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coaching of participants in subsidized full-time and part-time training programs on generative AI
Teaching practical use of AI tools for image and video generation as well as process automation
Planning and designing live sessions and practice exercises
Supporting learners from orientation to project completion as a direct point of contact
Close collaboration with the course team and providing continuous feedback on course quality
Developing practice-oriented assignments and example projects for instruction
Using the Figma Suite and Figma Weave for course design and team collaboration

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience with tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Sora, DALL·E or comparable image and video generators
Confident use of the Figma Suite and ideally experience with Figma Weave
Experience in knowledge transfer as a trainer, coach, lecturer or similar role
Ability to explain complex AI concepts simply and to engage people with varying levels of prior knowledge
Self-organized, reliable and able to deliver materials on schedule
Experience with subsidized training programs is a plus but not required.
