About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze and develop training content for Cycle Meetings, including materials and approaches, ensuring strategic alignment and management approval;
Produce and deliver both in-person and digital training through video lessons, LMS content, and training programs for the field sales force;
Plan, organize and coordinate the logistics of Cycle Meetings, courses and other initiatives, ensuring deadlines and schedules are met;
Interface with Marketing and other departments, monitoring delivery workflows, validating content and ensuring consistency of training communications;
Monitor training performance indicators, evaluate the sales force's results, and support management of master data and analytical reporting.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biomedicine, Biology or related fields;
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
