Determine, using information systems, the cost of the most recent purchases of production inputs (domestic and imported);
Prepare and review cost allocation processes and cost centers;
Prepare cost estimates and budgets for new materials and products;
Participate in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing technical support to the areas involved;
Calculate standard cost, actual cost and their variances using the SAP system, with a focus on control and operational efficiency;
Monitor and track production time entries to value the labor used in products or services provided to third parties;
Oversee and validate physical inventories, both cycle counts and annual inventories, ensuring correct accounting and data integrity;
Analyze production cost variances and request explanations/actions from Production and/or Procurement;
Prepare and distribute the monthly Industrial Results Report;
Provide Commercial, Industrial and Administrative areas with information regarding the composition of planned and actual costs of the company’s products and services;
Support internal and external audits with relevant information and documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related fields;
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
Comfortable with managerial presentations and development/management of area KPIs;
Knowledge of industrial costing (man-hour/machine-hour calculations, product cost composition);
Previous experience in the area;
Knowledge of SAP;
Previous experience in the Pharmaceutical industry;
Knowledge of Power BI;
