Human Resources Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for the successful partnership and performance of direct report team.
- Mediate and resolve high volume employee relations concerns and conduct thorough investigations.
- Manage, lead, and reinforce assigned Human Resources initiatives such as recognition and training initiatives.
- Partner with Senior Regional Vice Presidents and General Managers to assess and address All Human Resources needs.
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable Human Resources requirements.
- Lead and manage strong conflict resolution strategies with teams.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required.
- 4 to 6 years of Human Resources experience required.
- California Human Resources experience is required.
- SHRM certification a plus.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems, ADP experience preferred.
- Ability to handle sensitive and highly personal information daily while maintaining confidentiality in a mature and professional manner.
