Human Resources Coordinator – Field
Suntex MarinasHuman Resources Coordinator providing operational support for recruitment and onboarding in a specific business line. Based in Dallas, managing HR files and compliance tasks efficiently.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain accurate and up to date Human Resources files, records, and documentation
- Monitor the onboarding process from start to finish for his or her assigned area of responsibility
- Curate and send offer letters, initiating and monitoring the background check process
- Complete verifications of employment, wage verifications and audits, and unemployment requests upon receipt
- Assist with all acquisitions, as requested
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbally and through various other forms of regular correspondence
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or related field preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Human Resources Assistant, Intern, or Coordinator is preferred
- Experience in ADP is preferred
