About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and stakeholders to define and execute product initiatives
- Assist in creating and maintaining product roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, usage data, and market trends to inform product decisions
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify opportunities and gaps
- Translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation
- Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
- Track product performance and help optimize features post-launch
- Ensure alignment across teams to deliver meaningful, user-focused outcomes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong interest in product management, digital products, or E-commerce platforms
- Experience with or exposure to market research, customer insights, and competitor analysis
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern collaboration tools (Jira, Notion, Confluence, Slack, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with Shopify or Shopify Plus is a strong plus
- Passion for building intuitive user experiences and driving measurable business impact
