About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the state agency's Azure environment, including compute, storage, networking, and security
Administer DNS, Domain Controllers, and Azure Active Directory, including Hybrid Join and AAD Connect
Maintain Azure IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services, including SQL databases and Web App service plans
Manage endpoint security and device compliance through Intune and MDM
Provide Tier 2 desktop support
Create knowledge-base documentation for the Tier 1 service desk
Manage certificate lifecycles
Remediate vulnerabilities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud
Tier 2 support for general desktop support issues
DNS administration
Preferred: Intune experience
Preferred: Mobile Device Management (MDM)
Preferred: Azure monitoring tools (Workspace Analytics)
U.S. citizenship or green card required
Must be eligible for permanent conversion; visa sponsorship unavailable
Phoenix metro residents only
W2 only; no C2C
Must complete HireRight background check and drug screening
