About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support agency initiatives by evaluating current and future business processes
- Gathering and documenting business requirements
- Providing analysis and recommendations for information technology and business solutions
- Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams
- Analyze business operations and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Document requirements and support system enhancements
- Collaborate with technical teams throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements
What you’ll need- 4-5 years work experience
- 1+ year of Business Analysis experience with IBM Cúram software
- 1+ year of experience supporting government IT projects as a Business Analyst or related role
- 1+ year of experience eliciting, analyzing, mining, and documenting: Business rules, Business processes, Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with Medicaid Eligibility or healthcare insurance systems
- Bachelor's Degree in Technical field, Business field, Healthcare-related field (or equivalent experience)
