Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using Microsoft .NET technologies.
Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
Create and maintain technical specifications, system documentation, and test plans.
Design and develop bi-directional REST/JSON APIs supporting nationwide integrations and clearinghouses.
Build and maintain interfaces with internal and external systems.
Perform application troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
Support database development activities, including query optimization and data validation.
Participate in system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and deployment activities.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Follow SDLC best practices and established development standards.
Provide technical recommendations for system improvements, scalability, and performance optimization.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of .NET Development experience
3+ years of experience supporting complex Motor Vehicle Systems and/or Court Systems within State Government environments
3+ years of experience developing requirements, specifications, and test plans for large-scale enterprise systems
3+ years of experience designing and developing bi-directional REST/JSON APIs
Experience supporting nationwide data integrations and clearinghouse interfaces
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
Experience with application design, development, testing, and implementation
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, OR equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
