About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Gather and document business requirements.
Develop project plans and execute projects through completion.
Manage project schedules, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.
Monitor project progress and provide regular status reporting.
Create and maintain project documentation and management artifacts.
Coordinate with business users, technical teams, vendors, and executive leadership.
Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders.
Manage multiple high-profile projects concurrently.
Support portfolio and program management activities as needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of Project Management experience
Strong background managing projects within a Healthcare Insurance IT environment
Experience with project planning, resource allocation, and effort estimation
Experience with SharePoint, MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and related project management tools
Experience managing project risks, issues, and mitigation strategies
Strong documentation, organizational, and communication skills.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
