About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, maintain, and support applications using Natural and ADABAS.
Analyze business requirements and implement technical solutions.
Support Retirement Claims and Financial Services systems.
Participate in design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance activities.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
Modify and enhance existing applications and business processes.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Provide mentoring, training, and technical guidance to staff members.
Collaborate with business users, analysts, and technical teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience with Natural Programming and ADABAS databases.
Experience working in Eclipse/NaturalONE development environment.
Strong experience supporting production systems and troubleshooting issues.
Knowledge of Payroll, Accounting, Financial Systems, or related business applications.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
