About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
- Define project scope, objectives, and system requirements aligned with business goals
- Lead end-to-end project execution and provide technical guidance to teams
- Oversee project staff activities to ensure adherence to standards and deliverables
- Prepare and review system specifications for development and integration
- Develop and manage testing and implementation strategies for system delivery
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
- Facilitate project execution using Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
- Ensure proper documentation of all project phases and deliverables
- Provide mentorship and leadership to project team members
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 4 years of experience leading IT or technology projects or strategic initiatives
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (required)
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
- Valid Florida Driver License (required)
