About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the Lead QA Analyst for the FCCMS Team
- Plan, organize, and manage testing activities for FCCMS enhancements and maintenance releases
- Provide management reporting on key QA metrics, defect management, and application quality
- Coordinate with third-party software vendors on issue resolution and defect tracking
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience using and configuring Family Court Case Management Systems (FCCMS)
- 5+ years of experience with Component, Integration, Performance, Regression, and Acceptance Testing
- 5+ years of experience summarizing testing results and reporting defects
- 5+ years of experience developing custom reports
