QA Manager – Contract

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure quality management across Design, Development, and Implementation phases
- Validate deliverables against requirements using traceability matrices
- Develop and implement QA processes, templates, and standards
- Support compliance with CMS and MITA standards
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements
- Guide testing teams and support UAT activities
- Track defects and manage resolution processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance management
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare IT projects
- Experience with QA processes and testing
- Experience with healthcare insurance systems
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
