About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support QA activities across enterprise applications and systems
- Work within PMO governance frameworks and standards
- Contribute to complex, large-scale system implementations
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, SDLC processes, and compliance requirements
- Develop test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on business requirements
- Execute functional, regression, UI, and usability testing
- Maintain traceability between requirements, test cases, and system components
- Ensure compliance with QA governance standards and best practices
- Identify, log, and track defects and issues
- Prepare and publish status reports on QA progress and issues
- Collaborate with development teams, business analysts, and stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of experience
- 5+ years of experience in translating business requirements into test cases and scenarios
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare domain (preferably Medicaid)
- 3+ years of experience in defect tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communication
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with test design tools
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies and SDLC processes
- Bachelor’s Degree in technical, business, healthcare, or related field
