About the role

  • Engage stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
  • Translate financial operations into functional specifications
  • Develop business blueprints and design documentation
  • Configure SAP Treasury and Investment modules
  • Support implementation of investment and debt functionality
  • Ensure alignment with business and regulatory requirements
  • Create functional design specifications for technical teams
  • Collaborate with ABAP, BASIS, and development teams
  • Support custom development, testing, and deployment
  • Develop test cases, scenarios, and validation processes
  • Support system integration testing and UAT
  • Coordinate release management and production deployment
  • Design and support interfaces with banks, brokers, and financial systems
  • Assist in defining data structures for reporting and analytics
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and performance
  • Support creation of reports, dashboards, and data models
  • Assist reporting teams with data extraction and visualization needs
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions
  • Provide knowledge transfer to business and technical teams
  • Work with SCEIS, STO, and state IT teams to ensure best practices
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise standards and SAP best practices.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in SAP Functional Consulting
  • Strong expertise in SAP Treasury Management (Investment & Cash Management)
  • Experience with S/4HANA migration or upgrades
  • Proven experience developing business blueprints and functional specifications
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and treasury operations
  • Experience in SAP configuration and implementation
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
  • Experience with reporting, dashboards, and data analytics concepts
  • Minimum 10+ years SAP implementation experience
  • Experience implementing SAP Investment functionality in at least 4 large organizations
  • At least one implementation in public sector (State/Federal/County)
  • Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to deliver high-quality documentation and training materials.
