About the role
- Develop, maintain, and support web-based applications for the Department of Social Services
- Design, develop, and implement .NET applications using C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, Angular, and PrimeNG
- Develop and maintain data-driven applications with MS SQL Server 2016
- Participate in unit testing, integration testing, and deployment of software components
- Support legacy system modernization and integrate SC Voucher and CACFP processes into CCSS
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions
- Maintain documentation and follow software development best practices, including Agile methodologies
- Ensure application performance, security, and scalability
- Troubleshoot, modify, and support existing applications as needed
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in .NET Systems Software Programming
- 3+ years designing and implementing medium to large-scale software systems using .NET architectures
- 3+ years building web-based N-tier applications with dynamic content and complex security models
- 3+ years developing data-driven applications with MS SQL Server
- Familiarity with Microsoft operating systems and multiple application, database, or web server systems
- 2+ years of experience of design and implementation of multiple software components and subsystems
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively with DSS and stakeholders
