About the role
- Act as a liaison between business units and IT to deliver solutions that meet user needs
- Analyze operations to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
- Document business processes, requirements, and data relationships
- Translate high-level business needs into functional specifications
- Support requirements management, including change control and tracking
- Provide guidance to technical and testing teams on business requirements
- Identify risks and propose actionable solutions
- Collaborate with vendors, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders
- Maintain business rules, requirements, and models in a repository
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in government IT or healthcare projects as a Business Analyst
- 5+ years’ experience documenting business rules, processes, and requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in Medicaid or healthcare projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of business modeling techniques and process documentation
