About the role

  • Lead and manage single or multiple IT projects from initiation to closure
  • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
  • Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional project teams
  • Conduct risk assessment and implement mitigation strategies
  • Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular status updates
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and business units
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and PMO records
  • Ensure project quality, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards
  • Produce weekly status reports and present updates to leadership

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Project Management
  • 4+ years managing IT or technology-related projects
  • Strong experience in project planning, scheduling, and execution
  • Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Planner, etc.)
  • Active PMP Certification (Mandatory)
