About the role
- Lead and manage single or multiple IT projects from initiation to closure
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
- Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional project teams
- Conduct risk assessment and implement mitigation strategies
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular status updates
- Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and business units
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and PMO records
- Ensure project quality, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards
- Produce weekly status reports and present updates to leadership
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Project Management
- 4+ years managing IT or technology-related projects
- Strong experience in project planning, scheduling, and execution
- Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Planner, etc.)
- Active PMP Certification (Mandatory)
