About the role
- Perform testing and quality assurance activities for complex healthcare applications
- Develop and execute test plans, UAT processes and test cases
- Design and execute automated and manual test scripts
- Test software applications for reliability, performance, and usability
- Identify, document, and track defects; communicate issues to development teams
- Perform negative testing, regression testing, and usability testing
- Collaborate with product management, developers, and business teams to optimize system performance
- Maintain QA documentation and produce reports as required
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance
- 3+ years translating business requirements into test cases and scenarios
- 2+ years testing IBM Curam or similar healthcare software
- Strong communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field
