About the role
- Responsible for daily management and upkeep of the ArcGIS Enterprise stack, ensuring operational stability, security, and performance of the City’s GIS infrastructure.
- Administer ArcGIS Enterprise components (Portal, Server, Data Store, Web Adaptor).
- Perform regular system monitoring, log analysis, and health checks.
- Apply patches, updates, and configure SSL, authentication (SAML/OAuth), and user roles.
- Troubleshoot system errors and coordinate with Esri support as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in administering ArcGIS Enterprise.
- Strong knowledge of ArcGIS Monitor.
- Experience with Windows Server and enterprise networking.
- Experience with Active Directory and enterprise authentication integration.
- Experience configuring SSL, authentication (SAML/OAuth), and user roles.
- Experience administering ArcGIS Enterprise components: Portal, Server, Data Store, Web Adaptor.
- Experience troubleshooting system errors and coordinating with Esri support.
