About the role
- Collaborate with project teams to test coding changes
- Develop test scenarios and detailed test cases
- Execute tests and analyze results
- Identify discrepancies between actual vs expected outcomes
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support
- Document business, process, and technical requirements
- Work closely with internal teams and contracted staff including Clemson support teams
- Provide clear written and verbal communication during testing cycles
Requirements
- 7+ Years experience
- 4+ years experience creating test scenarios and test cases
- 4+ years experience with COBOL and JCL
- 4+ years running mainframe batch jobs and troubleshooting job errors
- 4+ years experience with Serena ChangeMan
- Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
