About the role
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and QA/UAT processes based on business and technical requirements
- Maintain full SDLC traceability between requirements, designs, and test cases
- Perform functional, regression, negative, usability, and user interface testing
- Design, execute, and support manual and automated test scripts
- Participate in defect triage, retesting, and resolution activities
- Prepare QA documentation, metrics, and status reports
- Adhere to established QA governance standards and recommend continuous improvements
- Communicate testing results, risks, and gaps clearly to development teams
Requirements
- 5+ years translating business or policy requirements into test cases and scenarios
- 5+ years building and managing test cases within test management systems
- 3+ years hands-on experience with healthcare operations (Medicaid preferred)
- 3+ years experience using QA tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, and Confluence
