About the role
- Evaluate business needs and workflows to identify CRM improvement opportunities.
- Configure and implement CRM systems aligned with business objectives.
- Develop SOPs, training materials, and adoption strategies for end-users.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and service teams to ensure CRM supports their goals.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize CRM performance; provide actionable recommendations.
- Generate reports and dashboards for stakeholders on CRM usage, trends, and ROI.
- Stay updated on CRM technologies and suggest enhancements or new tools.
- Assist in CRM vendor evaluation, selection, and implementation processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM – configuration, implementation, and optimization
- 7+ years of experience with Sales Processes – workflows, pipeline management, and process optimization
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst – gathering requirements, documenting processes, working with cross-functional teams
- Experience developing training materials and SOPs for CRM adoption
- Experience with Salesforce CRM
- CRM certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Consultant, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant)
