Manage enterprise projects to be on-time, within scope, and within budget
Develop and manage project plans, communication plans, project resources, and documentation
Plan and coordinate all aspects of assigned projects from initiation through delivery
Ensure requirements for projects align to Sunflower Bank standards
Develop integrated project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, dependencies, and deliverables
Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, and other Scrum-related meetings
Identify and remove impediments and prevent distractions; serve as a liaison between internal and external teams
Conduct project closure activities to formalize acceptance and complete a post implementation review

Requirements

5+ years of project management experience
Familiarity with PMI principles, Scrum, and Kanban
Proficiency with common project tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Visio, PowerPoint, Jira, Smartsheet)
Strong communication skills with internal and external customers
Business & IT strategy experience
One of the following certifications is preferred: PMP, CAPM, CSM, PMI-ACP
