About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure smooth operations and act as the central point of contact at 2nd-level support for the digital workplace
Manage workplace operations for approximately 800 users (laptops, monitors, etc.)
Responsibility for the operational client management platform (Microsoft Intune)
Support the stable operation of core M365 services
Contribute to network and site infrastructure in day-to-day operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., Fachinformatiker for system integration) or an equivalent background
Practical experience in 2nd-level support and operating Windows clients
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook/Exchange, Teams, OneDrive/SharePoint)
Experience with Microsoft Intune (device management, policies, Autopilot)
Basic understanding of security, hardening, and backup/recovery principles
Structured working style and reliable task execution
Confident communication in German and good command of English
